Refund policy

These are digital products — files, delivered instantly — so there's nothing to send back. Here's how it works instead.

If the workbook isn't right for you, email **practicepressco@gmail.com** within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, and you won't be asked to explain yourself.

Include the email address you used at checkout, or your order number, so we can find the purchase. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days depending on your bank.

You can keep the files. We're not going to chase you for them.
